It's a scam/trick. You're supposed to be in a large group setting where you know people are going to steal pizza slices without putting any money in
Order anchovies and whatever else you like on it, peel off the anchovie and enjoy a slightly salty slice of pizza.
If you're not putting money into a pizza order and then want to skim off others pizzas what slice are you gonna chose the perfectly fine pepperoni or plain ones, or the one with a fucking fish on it.
