So 2 sucks? I can remember liking the 1st one but it's probably been about 10 years since i played it.
It starts off interesting until you realize it's all just an illusion of a video game. The combat is trash, the story turns into reddit le quirky song and dance (literally) and when you realize there is no difficulty/gameplay to it and it's completely on rails it becomes a chore to even play. It now makes perfect sense why journalists are acting like it's the greatest game of the year. Avoid it.

Yes because instead of doing once and having you always expect it and never doing it again giving a sense of anxiety they just do it over and over and over to the point it just becomes annoying. It really is if reddit made a horror game. Also great decision making you play as a character you don't give a fuck about too.
Well like i said, if you enjoy 3rd person RPG games, just like Fallout 1 and 2, you should give Atom RPG a chance. Hardest part for me was and always is creating my character. I can help you out a bit if you do happen to want to play the game. The indie guys who made it really put in some effort.

It's a game where you die in the beginning and have to find ways to change the past so you don't die. It's underrated and worth playing on a PS2 or PSP emulator.
