Billy always said racist stuff in character. Like as Marge Schott or as the Jackie Puppet. Never as himself. Howard is probably not in the top ten for guys who said 'nigger' on his show. I would bet that Artie, Gilbert, Jackie, Billy, and others have him beat. Daniel Carver probably had him beat as well. There was a caller named 'Nigger What' as well who is likely in the top ten despite his very short career as a wackpacker.
