Chappelle’s lawyer arguing the motion on Wednesday, Daniel Powell of Minc Law, was particularly animated during arguments for why the case should continue, but avoided matters of fact. He claimed that “the truth would come out” if the case continued and the discovery process could take place and intimated that the work ELi and Dreger did (and does) was not in a journalistic capacity.

No, Minc are the law company that Pat hired, who then subcontracted the work of actually arguing a technologically complex constitutional law case to an accountant with a law degree from a second-rate college who specialises in bankruptcy (and who also looks like Stav).

I googled "Internet defamation lawyer" and a few came up. I bet they're all just like Minc and they're just a class of ambulance chasers. Like someone else said, they probably just want the other side to fold or they want something taken off of Yelp! and most people would probably just comply rather than go through a lawsuit.

Naw that’s Rodney Mayr, Esq. an attorney from San Jose. Whom despite literally practicing in Silicon Valley, knows dick about the internet.

Brinton Resto is from MincLaw. He’s the blithering twink with the voice of a 14 year old yet to reach puberty from the Wisconsin case videos. He hired Mayr aka Stav to rep Piggy in San Francisco.

It seems by the way that every lawyer or firm who’s come into contact with Piggy has suffered a loss on a huge scale in a case shortly there after. Carrie Goldberg lost a big case a few weeks back, Mayr got laughed out of court in San Francisco and Minc can’t even win a case against an independent “peoples voice” website in East Lansing, Michigan.

The firm can be pointed to as a perfect example of the need for more legal reform and higher scrutiny before a case can even be brought before the court.

I don’t think Scary Goldberg is a talented litigator. But I think even she knows when a case is a dog unlike Twink Law.

As soon as Carrie got that Tomlinson stink on her she ended up losing a case against Harvey Weinstein of all people. She ended up crying during the press conference in a "this is why you don't hire a woman" manner.

EDIT: Say ended up again, stupid.
