thought it might just be a glitch, what about the 'promoted' tweet, is he paying twitter to promote him? That might explain some things, doubt he can afford it for long & he's bound to get cocky

You probably just have an ad blocker running and aren’t seeing the ad that’s promoted. That “Promoted Tweet” text appears under outside ads on a timeline, but not on the feed of the account that purchased them.
