I liked it. A bit over rated. Some nice cinematography.

But there's this sound that kicks in to set the tone. I have heard a similar version. But I don't know what movie.

Could you help an old altar boy?

I found those sounds distracting and unnecessary. I enjoyed the movie but they really skimmed over the core plot of kids indoctrinated into war, then hit with the reality that it is nothing to lust over and is complete Hell.
It's my least favorite of the 3 versions
