Billy always came off like a liar and a weasel. I always wondered if he leaned into the pathetic bit because he almost never came off looking good.

He constantly lied. He made an appearance on Ron and Fez in the early XM days and talked about smoking crack in California shooting that music video he was in. Then a few months later he said he was clean in California.

I liked when he acted above auditioning for Last Comic Standing because he was a proven comic.
