This screenshot depicts Joe's whole life in one picture. The first and second tweet are about his failed career and despite him calling it his hobby he is still pursuing it like it is ever going to happen.
The third tweet where he asks his faggot brother to comment shows the dependency that he has on his brother, not only financially, but in all aspects of life. Joe is living vicariously through his brother.
The last tweet shows his obsession with politics. Joe has approximately 784 days left in his live and this is how he chooses to spend that time. To obsess who is president, like it has any effect on his life. His savior Trump wouldn't even look him in the eyes if they met.

Biden defeated his pathetic hero, so of course he's pissy and butthurt about it. But Biden's term also coincides with a very anxious and uncertain period of Joe's fat stupid life. He obviously sees Nana's radio fortune beginning to dwindle and he has to be wondering if his little brother will be able to continue to subsidize his retarded wastrel lifestyle. He has to make more of an effort to remind Nana that they're kindred spirits, how it could have been him, and how very busy he is with his own thriving career, as his entire lifestyle hinges on Nana footing the bill.
With no one else to lash out at, he sees Biden doddering around on the teevee and he flies into a rage, as if anything Biden has done has actually affected Joe in any significant way. Nana isn't going broke because of Biden and or liberals, he's just a weird reclusive alcoholic now, that's all. But he associates Biden with all that inner turmoil and doubt he feels.

Joe is living through some uncertain personal times right now. His meal ticket sold his house and claimed he was moving to SC, which must have seriously rattled Joe. And now his little brother is holed up in a L.I. apartment and becoming a weird drunken recluse, leaving Joe wallowing in all kinds of uncertainty. His future is hazy and, as usual, Nana is more or less just tuning him out for the most part, so Joe feels compelled to clamor for his attention. "Look, I am working!"..."look, I believe the same things you do!"..."I sure do hate those liberals!"...it's laughably transparent and pitiful.
