The pronunciation of the Ts thing is so weird and it is like a stupid person's idea of how smart people speak. When he's arguing with the judge it became so over-the-top. It's like he was thinking "okay, this is slipping away, better hit these Ts harder".
I think this is more the case than the speech impediment hypothesis. I've ( I have) noticed he tries to avoid contractions. He thinks it sounds more professional and educated, but he's comes of like a stilted autist. That did not occur.


Probably a combination of the two and being very fat as well.
